Terms of Use
Last updated: September 24, 2026
These terms govern the use of Ooperflow, Oopercast's meeting recording and transcription tool.
The service
Ooperflow automatically joins Google Meet calls in Oopercast's Google Workspace, captures each participant's audio stream separately, and produces a transcript, AI-generated notes and a searchable library. The service supports Google Meet only; it does not record video.
Account and access
Access to Ooperflow requires a Google account on the domain authorized by Oopercast. Each user can only view meetings they attended, meetings explicitly shared with them, or, for admins, every meeting.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Ooperflow only for Oopercast-related activities, not to attempt to bypass access controls, and not to share a meeting's content with people who aren't meant to access it.
Content ownership
Meeting transcripts, notes and metadata belong to Oopercast. Meeting participants retain the rights attached to their own statements.
Availability and changes
Ooperflow is provided "as is", under active development. Features may change, and brief service interruptions may occur without notice.
Limitation of liability
Ooperflow relies on third-party services (Google Meet, Groq) for capture and transcription; Oopercast cannot guarantee perfect accuracy of automatically generated transcripts or notes.
